About the Project
Vazco developed FormAIner, an AI-powered mentoring tool aimed at revolutionizing the application process for the Zwolnieni z Teorii program. By harnessing AI technology, the solution provides virtual mentorship to streamline the preparation of project proposals. This innovative system significantly enhances the user experience while boosting the overall success rate of applications.
Proof of concept was delivered during Hack to the Rescue hackathon – the largest Generative AI hackathon for good aimed at finding the best solution for nonprofits to solve the most pressing, real-world challenges.
The challenge
Zwolnieni z Teorii needed an efficient, user-friendly solution to help young activists navigate the complex and often time-consuming application process. With thousands of potential projects, managing the workload of guiding applicants individually was becoming unsustainable. The challenge was to build a solution that could guide users through the process while offering personalized, real-time feedback, without overwhelming the program's resources. The solution needed to be scalable, intuitive, and deliver tangible results quickly.
The solution
Vazco created FormAIner, an AI-driven platform combining OpenAI’s powerful API with our proprietary React library, uniforms.tools. The tool is designed to mimic the experience of having a personal mentor, offering practical, conversational guidance to applicants in real time.
