Who we are
We’re a 50+ person team based in Wrocław, Poland – working with clients across Europe, the US, and the Middle East. Some of us design interfaces. Some write code. Some train models. All of us care about making digital experiences more intuitive, responsible, and genuinely useful.
We believe AI should help people – not confuse them, slow them down, or add friction. That’s why we focus on real problems, real users, and real collaboration.
How we got here
2009
We started in 2009. In a small, chaotic office. Back when “AI” was still sci-fi and our founder Michał thought he’d run a sailing business.
2014
By 2014, we rebranded as Vazco – and no, it’s not about Vasco da Gama. It’s just an old nickname that stuck.
2014 - 2025
Over the years we worked on e-learning platforms, social networks, data visualizations and even on-demand rescue apps. We built a reputation for delivering solid software – and for being the kind of people clients actually liked working with.
2025
Fast forward to now: We’re all in on AI-UX – helping companies design smarter products, automate where it makes sense, and make digital experiences feel more natural. And more human.
